We aim to provide collectors with clear listings, good-condition cards, secure checkout and reliable UK shipping.

2. Product Information

We do our best to ensure that all product information, prices, images and availability shown on our website are accurate.

For lower-value and bulk cards, product images may be representative stock images unless stated otherwise. For higher-value cards, actual photos may be available on request before ordering.

Unless stated otherwise, cards are supplied in good collectable condition, normally Near Mint or better. However, trading cards are collectable items and may have small print variations, centering differences, minor factory marks or other normal manufacturing characteristics.

3. Card Condition

Every card is checked before being listed or dispatched. For bulk cards and low-value singles, this is a practical visual check for obvious damage rather than a full individual grading process.

We are careful when checking cards, but very occasionally a mistake may happen. If you receive a card that is damaged or significantly below the condition described, please contact us with your order number and a clear photo of the affected card.

4. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to buy the goods in your basket.

Your order is only accepted once we have confirmed it and/or dispatched the goods. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including but not limited to cases where:

An item is unavailable
There has been an error in the price or product description
Payment has not been authorised
We suspect fraudulent or abusive activity
The order cannot be fulfilled for reasons outside our control

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when your order is placed, unless there has been an obvious error.

Payment must be completed at checkout using one of the payment methods available on our website.

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times shown on our website are estimates and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the relevant postal or courier service.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Trading cards are condition-sensitive collectable items. To protect genuine customers and collectors, we reserve the right to inspect returned items before issuing a refund.

Returned cards must be the exact same cards supplied by PixelPrism and must be returned in the same condition as received.

We may refuse a refund, or make an appropriate deduction, where we believe an item has been swapped, altered, damaged after delivery, or is not the original item supplied.

We also reserve the right to refuse future orders where we believe our website, returns process or customer service channels are being misused.

9. Website Use

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose.

You must not attempt to interfere with the proper operation of the website, access areas you are not authorised to access, or use automated tools to scrape, copy or overload the site.

We reserve the right to restrict or block access to our website where we believe misuse has occurred.

All content on this website, including text, layout, branding, graphics and original photography, belongs to PixelPrism or is used with permission where applicable.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use our website content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
