Shipping policy

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days, and small orders are often dispatched sooner.

For smaller orders, including single cards and orders up to small parcel size, we may dispatch 7 days a week where possible. Please note that actual Royal Mail collection, processing and delivery times may vary, especially on weekends and bank holidays.

Larger orders, including larger boxes or heavier parcels, are normally dispatched on weekdays only.

PixelPrism is a small family-run business, so there may occasionally be short periods where dispatch takes a little longer, such as during family holidays. If this happens, we will make this clear on the website before you order wherever possible.

If there is ever a significant delay with your order, we will do our best to let you know.

UK Delivery

We currently ship within the UK.

Delivery times depend on the service selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are shown during checkout where available.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guarantees. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the postal or courier service.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to selected countries where available at checkout.

Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and the service selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are shown during checkout where available.

Please note that international delivery estimates are not guarantees. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the postal or courier service.

International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs duties, taxes, handling fees, clearance charges or other charges applied by their country’s customs authority, postal service or courier. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping charges and are the responsibility of the customer.

PixelPrism is not responsible for delays caused by customs checks, import processing or local delivery services in the destination country.

Packaging

We take care when packing trading cards.

Cards are packed securely to help protect them in transit. Depending on the size and value of the order, this may include sleeves, card protection, rigid mailers, board-backed envelopes, bubble mailers or other protective packaging.

Higher-value cards and larger orders may be sent using tracked or signed-for services at our discretion.

Delivery Address

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or lost orders caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout.

If you notice an address mistake after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to update it.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us with your order number.

Some delays can happen during busy postal periods, bad weather, bank holidays or other disruption outside our control.

We may ask you to allow a reasonable amount of time for the delivery service to complete delivery before treating an order as lost.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of:

The damaged card or cards
The packaging
Any visible damage to the envelope, mailer or parcel

Where possible, we will replace damaged items. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the affected item.

Please keep the packaging until the issue has been resolved, as it may be needed for a postal claim.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided after dispatch.

Not all low-value orders may include full tracking unless a tracked delivery option is selected at checkout or used by us at our discretion.

Split Shipments

In some cases, we may send an order in more than one parcel. If this happens, you will not be charged extra postage unless agreed with you in advance.
